How do I Start?

To find a club to start training simply go to our Locations section and click on a club near you. Alternitivly, if you prefer, email ktaylor700@ntlworld.com and we will send you information on the closest club to you.

Once you have found a club you can ether call the instructor or simple go along in comfortable clothing at the appropriate time and venue ready to enjoy your first class.
